The IGM is also positioning itself in the field of digital research methods, which is still relatively new in medical history. In order to gain an overview of the current use, possibilities and limitations of digital research or digitally supported research, the workshop ‘Medizingeschichte digital’ (Digital Medical History) was held for the first time at the end of 2024.
