Hans-Walz-Prize
The Hans Walz-Foundation at the Robert Bosch Foundation in Stuttgart awarded the Hans Walz Prize for works on the history of homeopathy that were produced outside the Institute for the History of Medicine. Hans Walz (1883–1974) was a close associate of Robert Bosch Sr. and long-time chairman of the board of Robert Bosch GmbH, as well as a member of the supervisory board of Stuttgarter Homöopathische Krankenhaus GmbH. Throughout his life, he was committed to homeopathy both professionally and personally. The aim of the prize was to promote research into the history of homeopathy outside the Institute for the History of Medicine.
